Hello, to search for detailed information of your order, you need to know the order ID as well as your email address. Just put them in the corresponding blanks, and click “search”.
If you forget order ID(such as CA12345678) , but remember your email address, just put the email address in the first blank and click “forget order ID”, next a small window shows “we are sending the relevant order ID to the relevant order ID to……”, click “confirm”, then your email inbox will receive the order ID.
If you forget your email address, but remember order ID, just put the order ID in the second blank and click “forget email”, then an insufficient email address (such as tom**@**hoo.com) will appear to remind you.
